We used the self pickup option. I had to shop vac the back of the truck out prior to using. Inside the cab of the truck was dirty, dusty, and smelled of cigarette smoke. I reserved a dolly for 2 days along with the truck. No dolly inside back of truck. I returned the truck a day early and went inside to return the keys. I informed them that I did not receive the dolly and should not be charged. She said they would let them know and wrote a note. I get my receipt today showing the charge for something I did not receive.

No problem
PABLO RI wanted to pick up and drop off closer to my location. Then I had to pay extra mileage because there were no options to pick up the truck closer to where I live. I do not agree with this because it is not the renters fault that they are not available.
