Good equipment and people running the location.
NICHOLAS ROn May 13, 2025, at 4:50 p.m., I experienced extremely poor customer service. The rude woman refused to help me detach a tow dolly from my vehicle, despite my age and lack of experience. She stated that I should figure it out myself and place it 15 yards away. I managed to remove the tow dolly with help from a Good Samaritan and a YouTube video. I won’t return to this particular U-Haul location due to this incident.
ADRENA MThe people inside were not friendly, inviting, or professional. When asked if I wanted insurance, the price(s) were never discussed, and she signed me up for whatever she wanted me to have. I only used them because the loaction was close. I'd rather go further out for better swevice.
