The only issue I had was when I booked my truck paid for 12 furniture pads and the the woman who owned the facility did not let me know that she didn't have any more furniture pads until I came in to pick up the truck aka the day of my move. Unfortunately due to not having the furniture pads that I requested two of my glass tables were broken during my move. Which upset me because if the woman at the front desk and let me know after booking that she was low on furniture pads. I could have booked with another U-Haul place and had the proper materials that I needed a broken coffee table and a broken end table.
