The truck didn't seem to be in the best mechanical shape, but it got the job done, so I have no complaints. The app didn't work for pick-up or drop-off. Fortunately, someone was in the storage facility's office when I arrived and left, and they were very kind, professional, and helpful.

Make things easier to check in from the lockbox when the office is closed long holding times on the phone for U-Haul and a big procedure to be able to finally get the code to get the key to the truck. Wasted more than an hour to get it all accomplished, the return was a lot easier. I would not want to rent a U-Haul truck again unless the office is open and available depresses my paperwork instead of doing it all on my phone.
Ralph Ktruck needed a battery to be charged and I had to wait for 90 minutes, then when I returned truck attendant was unfamiliar with submitting final billing and again I had to wait, ended up leaving - horrible experience from beginning to end
ISMAEL AThe truck did not have harnesses/belts to secure cargo. Providing these will ensure safe transport of cargo.
Daniel AThe exterior of the truck looked good, the interior floors were dirty from muddy shoes. It was a rainy day, so I am sure that played into the dirty floors.
