The service at this location is very bad. I waited more than an hour to be served. The woman who serves doesn't like her job. The equipment was very dirty and I had problems with the lights working during the trip.
JEISSON GThe parking lot is small and hard to navigate. The trailer was parked in the mud. No one was there at my pick up time which had been rescheduled by UHaul. I had to call the agent to find out what was going on only to learn that she was sick. I had to connect the trailer by myself which was difficult in the mud and there was no four prong extension wire for the trailer lights. I ordered a dozen moving blankets and the agent said none were available, yet no one told me until I picked up the trailer. My worst experience with UHaul.
Brad EThere was no one there at 10 in the morning. I had to call a phone number and ask if this was the business because they just said ‘hello’. Was told to ‘drop the keys into a lock box next to the door’.
