Stress free and easy rental. The manager was professional, courteous, and friendly. I have rented from this location 3 times now, and would highly recommend this location, and will use it again next year.
BLAISE MThey billed me for miles I didn't use. I took before and after pictures of the odometer and was overcharged 5 miles. It's a small amount but I let them know twice and no one as reached out to correct it. The truck was also filthy when I received it and used it for a few hours and your app tried to charge me to clean it. Zero stars in your app.
Cece CThe only complaint I have is why do I have to tell you how many miles I’m driving? If it’s added into the price-why do I pay for gas also. So I paid to use the truck for 20 miles. Then had to fill it back up to a certain mark. Doesn’t make sense to me.
CASSANDRA SUnfortunately there was a nationwide system outage for Uhaul when I went to pick up the truck, so we had to start over the next day. Even the app was not working. Dalton was very professional, helpful (to the extent he could be), and kind. I returned the next day and was able to proceed with my project. He's a keeper!
