I don't blame R&G for the WORST pick-up experience ever. There needs to be changes made to the online pickup experience with the app. We live in an area where the internet service is questionable at best which doesn't help when you're trying to upload pictures to U-Haul. Also, there were problems with some of the pictures I was submitting of my license, but I wasn't told that. The site just denied my rental stating that they couldn't verify my identity, but didn't give any assistance. This was a closed location so there weren't any actual people available to help. I tried to use the Live Chat, but he told me I couldn't be verified without even trying to help. When I told him there wasn't anyone at the location and asked what I should do next he NEVER responded to me. I then called the U-Haul number and was transferred multiple times before anyone could actually help me. Only the last person I talked to was actually polite and helpful. The entire experience took about an hour! It was a waste of time.

Dale MStaff was amazing!
Tamara MInside of cab had water on the driverside step. Left front tire was indicating low air. I had to find a station to fill the tire before I could use the vehicle in the Smoky Mountains.
