Truck was missing all requested equipment.
William BThe self service model is not for me. I wasn’t told that everything was on line in order to get the keys. The truck ramp needed repairs it wouldn’t extend the stirring wheel had too much play in it and hard to drive.
Rose MGetting access code took forever. GPS wouldn’t work. Overall U-Haul was terrible and we had numerous issues.
