I booked in advance equipment to go with my truck and uhaul sent me to pick up the truck in a location that i didn’t ask for. Then at this location no equipment was available to go with the truck the guy said at this location we only have 2 trucks we don’t have any equipment at this lo que at all to rent out . Why would they send me here knowing this was not an actual uhaul storage location where i could get everything I asked for. It was horrible to me forever to never my things without dollies.
