It was in the evening (dark) when we brought the U-Haul back and dropped off. Facility was closed (no personnel were there), but parking lot for dropoff was open. Other than maybe having some lighting in the parking lot, everything was perfect. Quick and easy.
STEVEN Pthe combination lock is rusted and difficult to open to get the truck key.

RAYMOND SThe operator of the facility was a miserable man. When I asked him for assistance in hooking up the trailer he said no. I had to get on my back on the ground to hook up the wiring. I also had to lift the trailer on the hitch myself and insure it was done properly. No customer service at all.
