JAMES BOne way is kinda expensive. 48.00 vs 139.00 when 80 would have been fine. Especially when the drop off location didn't have what I was dropping off. I did uhaul amd that dealer a favor but paid dearly for it
SHAWN MHave someone at locations to assist. It took several calls. Finally reaching a very helpful gentleman who as he stated " help get this process along" and he did. Apps don't work in certain areas with little to no service. The address to this location is not the same picture on the map. The pickup after the assistance was quick and easy. The drop off with the assistance of the last gentleman was superb 👌 as well. Overall everything was wonderful. Thanks again for all the help given to me.🥰
Hazel TThe address listed for the return was incorrect. I tried to call but had to deal with recordings instead of a real person. I finally found the place on my own. The man said that he has asked uhaul to change the location address 3 times.
