Online quoted me one price - I reserve the vehicle. I show up thereto pick up vehicle and I get a completely different price point I’m told that on return I would get a refund On my return, I got a three dollar refund…… Terrible online pricing that does not actually reflect what you will pay 0/10 I will never recommend your moving services ever again. I feel like I was completely ripped off for a in town use of a vehicle You should not have a platform online. That allows people to see how much it will cost. If at these small independent U-Haul pickups they are going to take as much from you as possible. 0/10 0/10 0/10
RACHEL RThe entire process, including booking and picking up was awful. After booking for a 12pm time slot I was assigned a 4pm time slot. Then, I was notified that there was no 10’ trucks available in the area and had to drive over 35 minutes.
Hailey PWas charge an additional fee of 50 dollars when she said 10 dollars, totality over 700 when I was told the one way drive was going to be $379. Not impressed at all
