Night time drop off during non-business hours. Poorly lit, hard to find key box, dog on premises aggressively barking from fenced lot. In addition, though not an issue of the business owner, I was required to return the rental to a location a significant distance from my original end locaton.

RICHARD SI had issues picking up my uhaul cause you website wouldn't pull up the pick up portion of the website. I sat there over 2 hours calling and messaging uhaul trying to get into my already paid for uhaul. It was not pleasent.
