The location was closed. I marked that I wanted in person check in when getting the u-haul truck. I had to go throught the mobile app, which is fine but that is not how I wanted to do this. The whole process a pain and not easy to navigate. The whole experience was bad from start to finish. I do not think I will use U-haul again. The inside of the vehicle was clean but it had NO GAS in it. The very first thing we had to do was go to the gas station to get gas. Very disappointing. This was not the truck I ordered. I ordered a 10 foot truck back in April. I received a 26 foot truck which was NOT NECESSARY. One of the other U-haul places claimed that they didn' t have any 10 foot trucks even though there were 10 sitting there and were there all day. We passed by the business and saw them there. The vehicle we used was a gas guzzler. We spent so much money in gas it is ridiculous.
