The drop off location was very difficult to find no sign available, they did not give me a credit for U-haul boxes which not used as advertised and told me if i wanted a refund i would have locate the district manager and then would have to drive somewhere he would direct me to for a refund, this was very frustrating and it i was feeling slightly intimidated by their response. I did remind them their own product advertised the fact they would take the boxes and provide a credit to my bill.
