Were missing my dollies and blankets from the truck. Luckily I checked before I left. Not the locations fault, but your app to pickup rental is terrible. I'm glad that someone was at the location to finish my check in

This is second time I have used this U-Haul location. Both times it has been a pleasant and pain free experience. Highly recommend.
NANCY DNo one answered the phone, multiple calls. Parking lot completely unplowed, had to call another U-Haul dealer that had their business ran properly annd was completely plowed annd ready for business and accepted the U-Haul with no hassle. Sensible should just give it up.
