Very nice personnel that made the return easy. I would highly recomend them.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisBe clear, honest and upfront with the charges, don’t advertise trucks for 30-40 dollars when it’s actually 140 and that’s the charge if you don’t go over the mileage, have it for less that 24 hours and fill the gas tank up. Go with Home Depot, Ryder or somewhere else.
Christa JThe attendant made several mistakes. Thought we corrected them several times and he did not. Ordered a one way rental and he wrote it up differently and it cost me a lot more. Horrible. This is the original person that made the order. The gentleman at a different pick up location was great and he had to clean up the mess.
JOHN RJake was fantastic. He went out of his way to help me set up a specific drop off place that wasn't listed.
Fred PPlace was closed. No confirmation on return of rentals. Charged for a toll on a road I did not travel. Hunted for 20 minutes for the key drop off box. Extremely unprofessional.
