Staff at station is unethical. My rental was turned in early. The rental was supposed to be adjusted to the time that I used the truck. Instead the station billed me for a longer timeframe.

Tire was flat and needed repair. They shoul’ve checked it before renting it to someone. No one did a walkthrough before handing the keys.

TRACY BCar Dolly trailered nice and was clean and intact. The only issue was it had a non-working taillight. Also, there was no license plate on the dolly as stated by the person i contacted to verify if i needed a plate to attach to the car i was hauling.
