They needed a new barcode image because the one on the box wouldn’t scan. As a result, I ended up dropping off the keys in the box since I didn’t know what else to do. I tried calling several times to see if I had missed any steps, but no one ever answered the phone. Overall, my experience was frustrating. My first reservation was canceled because they forgot to leave the keys in the box. Additionally, I wasn’t aware that I needed to flip the tank on a 26-foot vehicle, which came with a very high fee. I could have filled up my car twice with the amount I had to pay for the gas fee alone.
