This was the cleanest UHaul I’ve ever rented. The owner was very friendly and had everything inside the van to make pickup convenient. The UHaul app could be improved to make the self-service pickup option more consistent and customer friendly as it’s very slow and tedious.
JAYLON AThis place is sketchy and the lockbox for key pickup/return is to far away as you are also walking on a sidewalk on a very busy street.The onboarding process is ridiculous. Taking a million pics of the truck when that should be up to the person who has an agreement with U-Haul. Also, some things such as drivers license pics and a pic of person could be done before picking up truck.Please make onboarding and returns a little easier.

Jack HThe woman at this location was very nice and very helpful and none of my comments are about her/the location. Your policy to have customers spent time taking photos and uploading them to your site is ridiculous. There was almost no cell service at this location and doing that was impossible and VERY time consuming. I would implore you to come up with a better system!
