Your app is poorly constructed. At no time was I able to set up or understand the drop off process prior to showing up a day early for drop off after hours. I dropped keys and contract into bin then finally app enabled for drop off after procedure. I missed the picture for odometer of 106,220 but was able to put it into the app manually. Then you finally asked for multiple pictures. It would be highly beneficial to understand this entirely before showing up at location,, but you app doesn’t work this way.

Willard MThe store was supposed to be open at 9am for pickup, but the person did not show up until 10:15. There were several of us that had to just stand there and wait. Several other people showed up and then left after waiting. It was nearly impossible to get anyone from uhaul on the phone.
