We book a truck on southside for 8:00am. We were told at 7:50 that the guy who had our truck was going to be late. We then saw someone else come in after and claim a truck of the same size 30 minutes later. A bit odd that the same truck for a later reservation gets the truck. We were then told to go to another location (in a not so great area). They told us the next location should give us a discount for the inconvenience. We talk to gas station clerk through a bullet proof glass. He said he had no information about a discount and couldn't do anything. Keep in mind we have people waiting for us to start our move. We accepted the normal rate and got the truck. No gas in it at all.
