The place was closed when I arrived. They advertised to be open at 9am. My U-Haul contract was finally issued almost an hour later. Quite unprofessional. Additionally, I was told by the manager of this location that I could return the trailer at any U-Haul location in Danville VA. This ended up not being true. The first place would accept it. I had to call U-Haul headquarters to locate a U-Haul retailer that would accept the trailer, wasting close to 2 hrs of my valuable time and delaying my business engagements. Unacceptable!

Josh CI feel that there was transmission problems with this unit. When accelerating, especially 2nd to 3rd and 3rd to 4th, it took a long time to shift. Not every time, but maybe a third. One time it was up to 4000 rpm before it would shift. Pretty tough on the gas mileage. Location was fantastic!!
