The Dog house was not the location we rented from. We were sent there after we arrived at the original location that we checked in 3 days earlier. The biggest problem is that the equipment wasn't in the best shape for a 1300-mile trip. The truck pulled to the left and the steering wheel was off center when driving straight forward, it was obvious the front end was in miss alignment and probably not safe for travel. Anyone of your employee should have recognized the problem and removed this truck service to be repaired. The steering wheel got to be uncomfortable during hundreds of miles not being able to hold the wheel at 10 and 2 position. This just made a long trip even longer.
