Set up a pick up at Enchanted Storage, 300 N. Telshor. Arrived to find business closed and no truck. Called and was advised my truck was at another location on Main street w0 minutea away. Pick up was 30 minutes late. No notice of the new location was given.

Very convenient drop off situation
