It was unclear where I should park. Since it was an after hours drop-off, this would have been helpful.
JUSTIN MPersonnel were amazing, attentive and communicated immediately when I left something in the rental. Great experience.
Robin CPickup was convoluted, redundant, and Ryan (the owner's son) was extremely rude. There was no one on staff to handle the specifics of the U-Haul rentals. I had to call a secondary number for someone to approve what had already been approved in the app. This location is absolutely useless.
