No one was there, this is not what I was told when this was arranged. I was told I would get a discount for going out of my way to drop off and pick up- in my contract and that was a lie. I’m disgusted with this brand and it’s customer service. I tired to get help and was hung up on 5 times- if I wasn’t poor I would get a lawyer and sue …. But that’s what you bank on right!?? Fuck over poor people so they can’t fight back.
BRANDY JThe location felt a little tight, there was a truck parked right next to the passenger side of the U-Haul, so that I could not take a full picture of the side. I don't think it was possible for a passenger to get into the right side without pulling the U-Haul out of the parking spot. However, upon realizing there was not an appliance dolly like requested, I knocked on the business that had a closed sign on the door. A gentleman still answered, answered my request immediately and brought the utility and loaded it up.
