I didn't have any problems, but the place was a mechanic's shop and everything was very cramped; I think it's better to pick up the vehicle at the other location on I-25, where there is plenty of space and it's cleaner.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisBe honest with customers that trucks may not be available at the desired location and compensate them for having to travel to another location. Add additional mileage when traveling >1500 miles due to detours, etc. without charging extra.
Rob WToo expensive..... no dolly in the back just in case I needed it. Overpriced compared to every other location ive been to
Amber MI can’t say anything bad really. The gentleman was very nice and friendly. But there is little room to park. His lot is full of his customers cars there for repairs. I came early and there was no place to park so I had to come back the next morning when there was more room. And to be fair that was when I was scheduled. Apparently it is important to stick to the scheduled the drop off time. Maybe that was my bad.
KEVIN ENo where to clearly park,, not fair for a customer trying to park and leave their rental. Unfortunately we will make sure in the future we do not pick this location for a return
