The verification by third party by phone is asinine. If I was a criminal I would have an accomplice "verify" me. Dumb, dumb, dumb.

Area Manager had to resolve the bill, because the webpage allowed us to select an obsolete return location, hence all this fiasco ensued: calling helpdesk, finding another location, and complaining before the final bill is settled!

ALEXANDRE DAs a long time customer, this whole experience was a waste of money and time. I was booked at my regular place in North Arlington N.J. I had to move my time up but couldn't do it. I called uhaul and they informed me that I had to go to the uhaul at the shell station in lyndhrst. I was 100% against this. Uhaul said there was nothing that can be done. I got there on time and as soon as I got in the van, there was an empty bottle of Johnny walker red. Windows were dirty and the Driver side window was broken and wouldn't go down all the way. The back was dirty and had paint spilt all over the right side back. I had to drop the truck off earlier because I couldn't put my client on the passenger seat due to all the animal hair. I spend thousands yearly with uhal and this made me think about my soon to be new options with regards to rentals in the future.
