This was not a U-Haul "store", but just a pick-up location. The woman who was there was very nice and as helpful as she could be, but new and not very knowledgeable. I was not able to schedule my number 1 or number 2 preferred drop-off locations as neither of those appeared on her screen. So instead of going only 3 miles in the opposite direction of travel to my ultimate destination or dropping it off just less than a mile off the interstate on my way there; I had to drive 15 miles in the opposite direction from where I wanted to go. I looked on your website and it did not list very many potential drop off locations, but using Google Maps and putting in the address of the unloading destination, clicking on "Nearby" and typing in U-Haul, that location came up along with many more that did not show up on your website. I didn't have much time for research and so accepted the assigned location. Meaning that I drove 30 miles round trip out of my way to drop it off, thus delaying my return home.
