Everything was exactly as explained over the phone. The costs were clearly explained. Only way it could have been better would be for a free cup of coffee to be included. Just kidding; let’s be realistic.
JENNIFER AI did not want to be late returning it would have added a whole day. Maybe change that to like a half day charge. I was on time and all service was great
TIMOTHY WI scheduled a 26 ft truck and when I arrived I was told it was out for service and was given a 20-foot truck and still had to pay the same price so I wasn't very happy about that
DEBRA WLocation was closed so I didn't interact with anyone. Just dropped truck off and left.
