Definitely was not clean. Pick up was smooth. Mobile customer service was quick.

My pickup location was changed by uhaul because the location I booked didn’t have my truck then I had to add more mileage then the next location did not have the appliance dolly which I paid for so overall I had a bad experience and haven’t been reimbursed for anything also my rental truck was empty on fuel when I picked up

FRANCIS WTo improve the experience of the next customer It will definitely help to have the truck they rented available. I arrived at the location to pick up the 26’ truck I had reserved and paid for in advance. I end up taking a 20’ truck which it wasn’t big enough to do the job, not to mention the extra hour I had to pay to the three guys I had hired. Would I rent from U-haul again? Fool me ones.
