KRISTY CAlthough requested a location near my home and a safe area of Memphis, was sent to a high risk crime area. Only employee was very nice young College student who had to call for instructions and took 30 minutes are more to process pickup. The time and place for return was not done properly and was charged for an additional day incorrectly.
