Everything was great
ALISON CMy chosen drop location in Gunnison was open until 5p, making it possible to drop the day of the move and be received by UHaul staff. The alternate location chosen by UHaul closed at 1pm, and was nearly a 90 minute drive (each way) from my chosen drop city, forcing a cumbersome after-hours drop, and costing us nearly 3 hours of time on move day. We got a message from UHaul to call a number on arrival at this alternate drop location. There was no answer at that number, so we had to do an after hours drop.

CARA ODavid was extremely helpful who helped me. However, there was a glitch with the system and I could not pick up my vehicle, this process was very frustrating and took 2 hours! There needs to be a way to rent with the system is down.
