They went out of their way to get me rented and on my way. However, I rented from the corporate U-Haul in Royalton because corporate always does a better job ensuring cleanliness and maintenance but was informed by the corporate location the week of pickup that they were unable to find a 26 foot truck. Understand I reserved the truck over a month ago. A previous renter must have hauled bags or bulk horse food as those pellets were the only thing swept from the floor.
