Reserved a week ahead, was called the morning of pick-up to come in early to do the rep "a solid" because he wanted to leave. Called to confirm check-in/return no answer, so didn't want to drive after hauling that day, came to return the next am at 7 and was told I'd be charged for 2 days. So double charged after being told to come in early and told that the only U-Haul rep was leaving work early and he's the only person that could rent the trailer. Somehow that was my fault after reserving days in advance.

They did not have the dollys that I paid for. I was sent to another location down the road to get the dolly’s and they also did not have the dolly’s I paid for.
Isabelle BThe truck was very dirty in the cab and the exterior. Windows were dirty. We started with a little over a quarter tank of gas. There does not seem to be any pride taken in maintaining their vans.
DOUGLAS RI got charged $70 for fuel when I left it with a quarter of a tank, just the way I got it. CS filed a complaint with the store and they never responded!
Sandra DThe truck was very dirty and disgusting inside. There were blankets thrown into the back of the truck and when I questioned it with the staff inside the person I was talking with started the conversation very aggressively, like I did something wrong. He calmed down once I fully explained what was going on but not a good way to start a conversation with a customer.
