I recently rented a trailer from this U-Haul location and was impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. The person at the counter greeted me with a smile and walked me through the process quickly and clearly. They even helped me check the trailer for any issues before leaving. Returning the vehicle was just as smooth. It's refreshing to get such great customer service-definitely coming back here next time I need a rental!

Nicola CI selected a U-Haul location that was close to my son’s apartment and when it was time to pick up the U-Haul, we had to drive 20 minutes away to get it and another 20 minutes back. That was a wasted 40 minutes of unnecessary driving when I selected a way closer location when I initially booked.
