The truck steering was horrible and I drive big trucks The brakes you really had to push And the back door was hard to close The pick up was good except there should be a way to retrieve the code I dropped my phone and I had to text and it took 15 or so minutes to get the code a email with the code or a text would be awesome

The only problem I had was, I booked the trailer at one location but on the pickup day, I was rerouted to another location 2 miles away to pick up the trailer. The size trailer was available for the day I wanted at the original location and was confirmed for renting. So why did I have to go to another location farther away to pick up the trailer?
