My service from the lady at the antique store was great. The service with U-Haul was not. I drove 40 minutes to pick up my truck during my scheduled pickup time, and the U-Haul website and app were down. I hung around town until the location closed and had to completely change my trip start time to pick up the U-Haul the next day. I was relocating over 700 miles away, and I had to push back when I was able to start packing the truck and when I was able to start my trip. I wasn't given any sort of discount for my inconvenience.

JAMES KWe had a reservation at another location, which was horrible and almost caused us to miss our appointment pickup. luckily, uhaul was able to get us to Towne Square, who was absolutely wonderful and fast. Made pick up 1 minute late.
