I have used uhaul many times, this week I rented 3 times from the location. 2 of the 3 times the fuel amount was wrong. All 3 times the truck still had trash in them from the prior renter. The one I rented today the dolly was lose and not reconnected. We had to strap it down so it wouldn't hit what we were hauling. The place I used in the past was always perfect, this place is subpar. Only reason I keep going there is that they open at 6am and sometimes I need a truck around 7am.

EARNEST PThe instructions to pick up and drop off the key was confusing. It said the key would be in the box but it was inside the gas station. To drop off the key it asked to scan a bar code on the box but it would not scan at all. Another thing was it took about 20 minutes to confirm my info before I could take the truck which ate into the time allowed to use it. Other than that it was an easy process.
