The parking lot was covered in ice and my fiancé fell. There was no cell service so I couldn’t do the mobile drop off. Also the locations address is misleading. It is listed as Reynoldsville PA but it is over 15 miles from Reynoldsville in the direction from which I came so I got charged extra miles because the drop off place that was recommended in the opposite direction of my destination. I am not happy with this experience at all.

Dennis HU-Haul messed up my return location and caused me to go out of my way which then caused me to miss my flight home. I spent over 30mm on hold with your customer service and when someone actually picked up the phone and I informed them the problem they hung up on me.
