The team there was very helpful in terms of the installation instructions. I have never used a trailer before so it was a huge learning curve for me. I think what would be beneficial for a first timer like me would be a small practice on the reverse process with a trailer because that's a little tricky.

They always have what I need when I need it
KEVIN PI don’t like that uhaul charges an after hours fee when I am only dropping a key in a box. If anyone is inconvenienced it would the customer we have to spend the extra time to create a log on for the app and take photos so why does the company get extra.

LAWRENCE JThe trailer worked great It was NOT clean on the outside, but was good enough on the inside that I didn't hesitate to put my furniture in. I had planned my route from my start to finish and this was not my original pick up location. I also was not sure of my arrival time and the location I picked was because of their opened times were more flexible. I was going to Roanoke Rapids and if I was sure I could have been there 2, I would picked up there instead. UHaul changed this on me and forced me to make my arrival more precise. I was not pleased with this change at the last minute.
