i arrived at 8:45 and the key was not available until 10:15 then still had to check in, it was not at the location and had to wait until someone brought it there. so basically spent the first 2 hours waiting .the unit had debris from previous user, guy at the desk said the previous renter apparently was living in the van -for how long i dont know. They had no other vehicle as an option. seems like this is a secondary location for the person who handles the rentals. this location is an auto repair/salvage area that didn't have a spot when i did the drop off.
