In general, the attendant was courteous. The office hours for the attendant were not sufficient to complete the pick-up and drop-off process nor conducive for all scenarios that require an attendant. Additionally, the location was very cluttered with possible safety hazards. There are advantages to the dropbox option, but the available hours of the attendant to complete the pick-up/drop-off process should be covered with the customer before the rental agreement is signed to reduce the risk of issues at the time of return. However, the location of the 6201 4th St. N. St. Pete., FL office is convenient. I may recommend the location with a mention of these concerns as a precaution. Thank you for your assistance.
