Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe person helping me knew nothing about my order or how to navigate the U-Haul system. He operates out of an old auto repair shop bay and keeps the bay door closed, so I had no way of finding him. It took me more than 15 minutes to do that. I will never use this location again, and may never use U-Haul again.
ANTHONY AOnline checkin was horrible. Took me 30mn. It asked to call a friend which I didn’t want to give another number. The help chat was terrible. I asked several times es to call me and nobody did. Location is horrible, not safe.not clear where to let your own car. The company needs to have real offices

Italo RIn general, the attendant was courteous. The office hours for the attendant were not sufficient to complete the pick-up and drop-off process nor conducive for all scenarios that require an attendant. Additionally, the location was very cluttered with possible safety hazards. There are advantages to the dropbox option, but the available hours of the attendant to complete the pick-up/drop-off process should be covered with the customer before the rental agreement is signed to reduce the risk of issues at the time of return. However, the location of the 6201 4th St. N. St. Pete., FL office is convenient. I may recommend the location with a mention of these concerns as a precaution. Thank you for your assistance.
