I don't really have an issue with the location, but rather with U-haul as a company. You guys completely messed up my reservation, so I would never recommend your company to a friend.

First time renting a Uhaul from this location. The guy that helped us was friendly, helpful and answered all questions we had. So convenient and close by. It was a smooth transaction from start to finish.

JOYCE GThe customer service with the gentleman at the counter was rude and it was a constant back and forth as if we were inconveniencing him with our questions. I would never use U-Haul again since they now contract with outside gas station locations. I prefer actual U-Haul companies.
DUPE BI was told to bring the gas back at full b/c it was given to me at full. when I got in to the truck, it wasn't full. I returned it full and the person checking me in said that it wasn't full. I looked and showed him it was and he said "no, you are one gallon short." Really?? Will not rent from this location again.
