It says the store opens at 11:00. I arrived at 11:20 and everything was closed. I called the office and they said they would open at 11:40. We ended up waiting for over an hour - this is really unacceptable.

The area is an open space for easy maneuver and Rob, the guy that run the place was great. For some reason the App wasn't working properly on my phone, and Rob assisted me to get access to the truck in a timely manner.

Taifa HI was disappointed I didn't get a credit for the rental. I originally ordered a 17' truck. After ordering and a couple days before I was to pick up the truck, I was told they didn't have a 17' for the duration of my rental but did have a 20'. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get down my steep, curvy driveway in a longer truck but didn't really have another choice as I needed a truck during the specified days. Turns out I couldn't get the truck down the driveway so I had to return the truck. I still got charged for the day and miles.
