Make sure the drop off location takes the equipment you are requesting f you ask a customer to take on additional equipment for the benefit of your company. Driving to multiple locations was a major inconvenience for something that was supposed to be easy and beneficial for both your company and the customer.

This was my first time using this location and the lady was so nice & very helpful!!!
Devante BMattea is FANTASTIC! I called around and she was the whole reason why I rented from where I did. She made the whole experience easy. Even faced with no internet, she made the situation easy!
