I was clearly told there would be no additional fees for my one way trip moving across the US. Then I'm randomly charged a wrong drop off fee for not taking the trailer back to where I got it from. Why would I take it back when my reservation way for a "ONE WAY TRIP." Adding random charges like this without any information given is a huge issue and needs to be resolved for their error.

RUSSELL JN/A (local resident my opinion on the matter doesn't apply in this context other than a location to drop off a u-haul). Also, not the employees weren't so much as unhelpful as much as thy just weren't there when I went to drop off because the site was closed.
