We were sent an email regarding our location change. My husband had to drive 40 mins out our way to pick up the U-Haul and when he got there we were told we had to then drive it another 30 mins out the way to drop it off. We made the reservations in enough time and they should have honored our reservation, pickup and drop off location.

Good service however, wrote down incorrect equipment number on contract leading to troubles at drop off. Also answer phone
Joseph BTiny little town, single truck there. The store where this is located wasn't even open on Saturday morning at 8:00 AM. Things they app indicated would be visible were not, ie' QR code for the location, etc.
GEOFFREY VClear communication could have been better. After I made my reservation, I never received the call the night before to give me detailed information on how to check out the truck, so it was a bit of an issue (it was showing I never picked up the truck). Everything got ironed out.
